 No scholarships will be awarded in 2010 due to funding.

We are proud to announce that full and partial scholarships are now available to students demonstrating financial need. Only first-time students who wish to enroll in an introductory course on a non-credit basis are currently eligible.

Here is a sample of just one scholarship on the website:     Don Brockett Memorial Scholarship Fund

 Description: The Don Brockett Memorial Scholarship fund was created in 1995 in memory of Don Brockett, to provide scholarships for students of the performing and theatrical arts attending Point Park University. 



Eligibility: 

Display special talent or interest inthe performing and theatrical arts 
Be a student in your freshman, sophomore, or junior year 
Demonstrate financial need 
Maintain good grades, but not necessarily in the top 10% academically of your class 
Be involved in productive extracurricular and/or other activities outside of school which reflect an ordinary (typical) student who shows extraordinary self-discipline and motivation to goals larger than self 


How to Apply: 

Complete an application including a one-page essay about yourself, your interests, and your talent or interest in the area of performing and theatrical arts, which explains why you think you should be selected for this scholarship 

Obtain written recommendation 
Provide official transcripts 
Copy of your Student Aid Report from FAFSA
